Shipping policy

At OfficeForm, our chairs are made to order and delivered directly to your door through our manufacturing and delivery partners.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery is available to most major cities, towns, and surrounding areas. In rare cases, remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional confirmation before fulfilment.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is included in the advertised price of each chair.

This means there are no surprise delivery charges added at checkout for standard chair orders. The price you see on the product page already includes the chair, packaging, and standard delivery costs.

For large bulk orders, custom office projects, or deliveries to remote areas, OfficeForm may confirm delivery requirements before processing the order.

Made to Order

Most OfficeForm chairs are made to order.

Once your payment has been received, your order is placed with our manufacturing partner and prepared for production, packaging, and delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your payment is successfully processed.

This timeframe includes manufacturing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.

For larger bulk orders, OfficeForm will confirm the expected lead time with you after reviewing the size and requirements of the order.

Packaging

Chairs are securely packaged before delivery to help protect them during transit.

Where required, chairs may be bubble wrapped or boxed depending on the product, order size, and delivery requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received.

Orders placed and paid before 5pm may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time may only begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Updates

If there are any delays or important updates regarding your delivery, we will notify you by email.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your chair arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will work with our manufacturing partner to arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Failed Deliveries

Please make sure the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are correct.

If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or access cannot be arranged, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Bulk Orders

We welcome bulk orders and larger office furniture enquiries.

For bulk chair orders or full office setup requests, delivery timelines and logistics may vary depending on the quantity, location, and project requirements. We will confirm these details with you before fulfilment.
