OfficeForm is a South African office furniture business focused on selling office chairs online and assisting with larger office furniture enquiries. Our website is powered by Shopify, which allows us to operate our online store and process orders.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Refund Policy.

OfficeForm sells office chairs and related office furniture products through our online store.
We make every reasonable effort to display product information, descriptions, specifications, images, colours, and pricing as accurately as possible.
However, product colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and the way images or fabric scans are displayed online.
Where fabric options are shown, please note that photographic fabric scans are for guidance only and may not be perfectly colour accurate.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We may update, replace, or discontinue products at any time.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Most OfficeForm chairs are made to order.
Once your payment has been received and your order has been accepted, your order may be submitted to our manufacturing partner for production, packaging, and delivery.
Because many products are made to order, cancellation requests may not always be possible once production or fulfilment has started.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after the order has been processed.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
Your order is only accepted once payment has been received and we confirm or begin processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend an order where:

There is an error in the product information or pricing.
Payment cannot be verified.
Delivery to the provided address is not possible or requires further confirmation.
The order appears fraudulent or suspicious.

All prices shown on our website are listed in South African Rand.
Unless stated otherwise, the advertised price of each chair includes standard delivery within South Africa.
Where applicable, prices may include VAT. OfficeForm will display VAT information in accordance with its tax and business registration status.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place the order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or availability errors at any time.
7. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment methods available on our website.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Sufficient funds are available for the purchase.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
We do not store your full card details directly. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and Shopify-supported payment systems.
8. Delivery
OfficeForm currently delivers nationwide across South Africa.
Standard delivery is included in the advertised price of each chair, unless stated otherwise.
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks from successful payment. This timeframe includes order processing, manufacturing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, courier delays, public holidays, supplier issues, incorrect delivery details, remote delivery areas, or events outside our control.
For bulk orders, large project orders, or remote delivery locations, delivery timelines and logistics may need to be confirmed separately.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. If delivery fails because the details provided are incorrect or because no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Risk, Damage, and Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your chair arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the issue.
A description of the problem.
This allows us to assess the issue quickly and work with our manufacturing or delivery partner to arrange the appropriate solution.
Failure to report visible damage within this timeframe may make it harder for us to resolve delivery-related claims.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights you may have under South African consumer protection law. The Consumer Protection Act recognises consumer rights relating to unsafe or defective goods and returns within a reasonable period.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Because many OfficeForm products are made to order, not all products may be eligible for return simply because you changed your mind after production has started or after the product has been delivered.
However, if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will assess the issue and work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

11. Bulk Orders and Office Furniture Enquiries
OfficeForm accepts orders of any size, including single-chair orders and bulk chair orders.
For larger orders, office setup enquiries, or project-based furniture requirements, we may request additional information before confirming pricing, delivery timelines, availability, and fulfilment details.
Bulk orders may be quoted separately and may be subject to different payment terms, delivery arrangements, lead times, and cancellation conditions.
12. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
Because OfficeForm works with manufacturing and delivery partners, certain products, parts, fabrics, colours, bases, mechanisms, or components may become unavailable or delayed.
If an ordered product or component becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options. This may include a replacement option, amended lead time, or refund where appropriate.
13. Website Information and Errors
We aim to keep all website content accurate and up to date.
However, our website may occasionally contain errors, including errors relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, delivery information, images, or promotions.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an obvious mistake.

Shopify provides the platform that allows us to operate our online store and offer products to you.
Any sale made through our website is between you and OfficeForm. Shopify is not responsible for the products you purchase from OfficeForm, the fulfilment of your order, or any issue relating to the product itself.

We collect and process personal information to operate our website, process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, and provide customer support.
This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details, delivery address, order information, and enquiry details.
